Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Austria and Germany.

Shipping Costs

For orders shipped to Austria and Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.90.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are usually dispatched on the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for orders to Austria and Germany is 1 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be longer due to public holidays, high order volumes, or delays caused by the shipping provider.

Shipping Provider

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria via DHL.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. This email will include a tracking link so you can follow the status of your delivery.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe or if there is an issue with the delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will check the shipment status and assist you in resolving the issue.
