30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means that you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

For returns made under our voluntary return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, complete and, where applicable, in its original packaging. You may also be asked to provide your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return has been registered, we will send you a free DHL return label by email, together with instructions on how and where to return your package. Please use the return label provided by us so that your return can be correctly assigned and processed.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not affect or limit your statutory rights, including your statutory right of withdrawal and your rights in relation to defective goods.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

You may, for example, notify us by email or use the online withdrawal form available on our website. Use of the online withdrawal form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returns Following a Withdrawal

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

Once you have notified us of your return, we will send you a free DHL return label by email, together with the relevant return instructions.

When using the DHL return label provided by us, we bear the cost of the return shipment.

Please follow the return instructions included with the return label to ensure that your return can be correctly processed.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, any additional delivery costs resulting from that choice will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the reimbursement will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item is defective, damaged, incomplete or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at feedback@skrossfactorystore.com so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this return policy.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to return the item in accordance with the applicable return conditions and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds Under the Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If the return meets the conditions of our voluntary return policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider or payment service provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
